1. What PayPulse is
PayPulse reads the payment confirmation SMS delivered to a merchant's own phone and turns it into a payment notification for that merchant's checkout. It is a notification relay. It does not hold, transfer, or process funds at any point.
2. Not a payment processor
PayPulse is not a bank, a payment service provider, or a licensed financial institution. Money moves directly between your customer's wallet and your own, exactly as it would without PayPulse. We never touch it.
3. No affiliation with providers
PayPulse is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with bKash, Nagad, Upay, or Rocket/DBBL. Those names are used descriptively to identify SMS formats.
4. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the wallet numbers you publish, for keeping your API key and webhook secret confidential, and for complying with your MFS provider's own terms regarding personal and merchant accounts.
5. Service availability
PayPulse depends on SMS delivery by third-party mobile networks and providers, which can be delayed, reordered, or reworded without notice. We provide the service on an as-is basis and do not guarantee uninterrupted delivery.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, PayPulse is not liable for losses arising from delayed or undelivered SMS, misparsed messages, or payments that a merchant approved without confirming the funds arrived.
7. Account suspension
We may suspend an account that abuses the service, attempts to circumvent tenant isolation, or uses the platform for fraudulent activity.
